Ah cool, didn't know about that place. Do you have any close-up pictures of the mechanism on the transmission itself, I might want to fab my own.

Does this include the drive by wire pedal mechanism? or am I thinking of some one elses project.

Nope that's my project. And yes it's included. That's the only way it will run, the stock subaru throttle body is drive by wire. It works very nice!

Yep I have a shipper here in Phoenix that runs about $250-400 depending where you live.
I can pack it up on a pallet or two.
