Oh wow, how did I miss the updates Will send you a PM, I'm in for brass with metric fittings They are happening.. I imagine shipping is going to be the next challenge. I would cut out plywood in a rectangle and strap the lines down. Then cover with bublewrap in a cardboard box. We get sent brand new 911 hardlines in just plain cardboard boxes and 25% come through bent beyond use. It wastes hundreds of dollars but the shipping department doesn’t seem to care. |

Wow. I've never seen anyone reproduce the GT lines. This is awesome! Is there a "sign up" for these...and...if so, can you add me to the list? THx Paul (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) |

Wow. I've never seen anyone reproduce the GT lines. This is awesome! that is a picture of my NOS oil lines Yes, I get that. I just wonder why no one (till now) has put together a repro kit. There are people making them but they are more expensive then most are willing to pay. If you are going to use aluminum ends they will be $100-150 each end. I paid over $1000 for that set back when they were still available (over 20 years ago). |

Those that have gone down the very slippery slope....and find they have hit a big bump near the bottom... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) |

Yup....it was a great set. (un?)fortunately, I already had some significant items, ie..almost all, except the soft lines, fittings and bolts...and the hard lines were in gestation.... So still scrounging about.... Paul (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) |

So going back and forth on materials.. I am being told Brass as not an ideal material as the quality is sketchy .. Stainless is the next option and could get that plated in yellow zinc..
Gonna start a group buy next week for 10 sets.. Regardless of material they will look original. |

Any thoughts on the T pipe and flexi yet? |

Stainless and metric fittings are now for sure.. Brass was too much of a liability as the quality of raw materials was to low.. The other pipes and fittings will happen.. Trying to think through a 911 t stat as an option as a retro fit to the system.
