OK,
I searched to no avail. Someone tell me what this wire was originally designed for? I've just relocated my fuel pump back to the front (carbed 2.7RS install in progress). The wire is heavy gauge, so methinks it handles some current. I'm wondering if it might be good to drive my fuel pump, or at least trigger a relay. it comes from the wire bundle that runs under the brake reservoir. And as a gratuitous pic, after 2 years and 8 months, I'm finally down to finishing the last bits of my six conversion/build. After dropping $400 on hose and fittings, I feel entitled to post a pic of some shiny braided stainless hose..... Almost home! --Jaybird |

I searched to no avail. As always, Haynes manual is your friend ... [edit] Ooops, this diagram was for a '74, not a '75. See the correct '75 diagram below instead ... [/edit] (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bye1.gif) Andy |

Ok, for a '75:
Black/Red: Fuse 8 to J13 - Fresh Air Blower Relay - Current Track 11 and 12 T14 to G6 - Fuel Pump - Current Track 96 So, it looks like the fuel pump wire. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Andy (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/www.pelicanparts.com-179-1284414839.1.jpg) |
