This shift knob was C&C machined out of Aircraft Quality Billet Aluminum, was then Anodized, and shift pattern machined on top. The top was then painted to give a slight matte finish and the circle surrounding the shift pattern left bare aluminum for a slight customized look. The dimensions of this new aluminum knob are exact (see pictures for comparison to original) Never worry about taking this shift knob on and off like the factory. You can see in the pictures how mangled my shift knob was after removing. Installation: 2 black steel set screws aid in perfect placement of this new and improved shift knob.
