I am working on a 930 turbo system - Just bought this car and realized the waste gate is not connected correctly. The air line to the waste gate is cut off and I cant figure out where it gets its signal from?

There should be two lines, one of the lines runs to the intake manifold or charged side of turbo, and one the other line vents to air (not connected) the hose is on there to protect the vent from debris.

Here's some pics up under my '86 930. I took these w/o jacking up the car so I couldn't get the camera very far away.

Let me know if you want some other pics and I'll try to take them.

The lower banjo on the wastegate should get boost pressure from the left intercooler end cap, there is a nipple for the hose on the underside (that is the stock configuration).
