Here's one you dont see often...
Insulated Heater tubes found inside each Long. Recently learned that they are the same on 914 & early 911 Usually destroyed in process of repair of this area. Get them while they last !! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) $50 + ship |

I'm not planning to cut my longs open, so hopefully, the two rubber plugs on the inside of each long will allow adequate access (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) Oh you mean the Tar ovals glued to the recessed holes? Perhaps ...its tight in there the tube is held in by spring steel clamps of sorts. Ive tried removing them from one end or the other but as I said their in there tight. BTW Ive got replacement tar oval plugs for those concours guys. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) @ Dion back at you. |
