I know these things are hard to find. Saw this on the samba. Expensive, but like land, their not making any more.

Is it for a 914 2.0? The part # he listed doesn't match either a Porsche 1.7 or 2.0 MPS. Would hate to spend $150 on something I can't use someday.

Sorry, but the volcanos in Hawaii make land everyday and there's even a new island being formed, but the seamount is still 3000' below the surface (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol2.gif) Take your Aqualung if you're gonna live there. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

You can still get the rebuilt units by what used to be Brett Instruments.

Part number listed is for a 1.7

$150US is a great price. If that is Canadian dollars, then it is even better! Someone with a 1.7 ought to snap these up!

The guy selling it is a friend of mine, I'll try to get him to tell me the details about this unit.

Edit: oh... Demick says it's a 1.7.

I know he's expecting USD for it. I have a list of stuff he's selling (mostly type 3) and he was asking $225 Canadian for it.
