Per my maintenance records from the PO, I seem to have a 009 distributor, installed to accommodate the conversion from FI to carb. Where should I look to ID the make/model numbers?

You might be able to see the numbers with a mirror....if not, pull the dist. out and find the number on the body of the dist......
