I have not yet done business with Patrick, but it boils down to: if he has what I need and nobody else does, then attitudes matter very little. To me, getting a correct, high-quality part at an acceptable price is what matters more than personality.

I can however attest to the sickening level of detail and performance of cars his shop has put out after seeing some of them at track events. The guy seems to do nice work, to put it mildly.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the greetings! The MUSR's have been super and I've made long-term friends at those darned things for the past five years. Can't stop showing up.

I've been doin business with Rich since '95 before I moved to Arkansas from Pacifica. It makes sense for Brad to be there because Rich and Larry took great care of me before I knew a thing about Porsches other than I had to have one. Sounds like a good team to me!

I actually didn't know about this forum until I called Rich one day and Brad answered. I was understandably bewildered at the greeting 'cause he sure didn't sound like Rich... and it wasn't even late at night. I recovered.

How come you guys have better pix of Penelope than I do? I have to fix that!
I actually have a bunch of "in-progress" pix that are not truly organized and culled. Processed, they may be instructive to anyone so bent as to want to cut up a perfectly good car but I'm certainly willing to share the experience.
That's a pretty simple car after all.

To be fair that picture from Hot Springs doesn't show that I had the absolute DIRTIEST car on the lot! So many nice cars... I love those gatherings and will gladly come to western ones when time allows.

Anyone coming to Parade in Fort Worth this year? Jan Mayo, Ed Mayo's super 914 autocross drivin' wife is the organizer and Ed has cranked out the tech quiz this year.

I have nothing but good things to say about Patrick Motorsports.
I live less then 3 miles from his shop and Jim has been very helpfull over the years I have known him. When I was rearended in my 70 Jim helped with parts prices and a value for the car to help with dealing with the insurance co. Jim has been very willing to answer all my questions. All this and I have never bought any thing from them. Have not spent one penny with them. Thay do have some nice part and the cars that thay put out are very nice.
