that's my first car, right there, in pieces.
I saw the car and before I saw what you'd put under it I'd said "that's my car!" |

Thanks Mom!
She give me a swift kick in the butt to have the 914 ready for track! (She's tired of sharing her Z with me) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) |

that's my first car, right there, in pieces. I saw the car and before I saw what you'd put under it I'd said "that's my car!" Sorry, I hope it didn't hurt. It was good to see a dose of reality to get me to stop kicking myself for parting it out. although, I wish I had the set of wheels that were on it when I bought it. |

One of my favorite challenge.
Buddy brings 914 with a *funny* sound in motor I swap out "Krash" motor and tranny, which runs fine, but front end is smush (Back end is now Kar-B-Q) He drives in with old motor/tranny and drove home with new motor/tranny new exhaust, new springs, shocks in the same day. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif) who's the man!? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) Attached thumbnail(s) |
