Use gasoline on it. It will slide on much easier. One of the guys suggested that when I was redoing my fuel lines.

Thanks! Don't have KY, but have a couple of substitutes to try. Will attempt penetration with a warming lube. Will let you know how it comes out (IMG:style_emoticons/default/av-943.gif) . Sounds like more fun than elbow grease! Pat |

Got 'em on! Astroglide! Now I need to work on the injectors - 'nother thread. Yes, I know the date is incorrect! Pat, Where'd you get the elbows? Got them off of eBay. Fellow had 4 used injectors & clips, plus 20 fi clamps, new top & bottom injector seals and new elbows. Didn't really want anything but the elbows, but I got the lot for 24 bucks. Everything after the elbows was gravy. |
