When installing this, can I use the power wire at the starter? Or is there a better way to get power to the unit?
The instructions say to attach the 'white wire to the distributor trigger wire'. Which wire is that? All help appreciated. |

It connects like this...
You pull off the wires to the coil, they become inputs to the MSD. The MSD connects to the coil. Your black/purple wire connects to the MSD tach output.  |

Jim, I have one of these installed by the PO -- I can dig in and check to see where it's wired. Might not get to it until this weekend though. |
