Poor guy got arrested for drinking and 'buggying'?

That's about 2 hours north of me. Really, Really close to the Auburn, Cord, Dusenberg museum and the big Kruse auction every Labor day.

There is a huuuugge Amish population up that way.

I actually know an IT guy who is/was Amish.
