I pulled in the driveway, let the car idle while I opened up the garage(2 mins)
Got in and stepped on it a bit, backed off and the idle dropped to 400-500 rpms, just barely running.I thought ,maybe no big deal,so I parked it and let it cool.A half hour later, went outside, fired her up.Low idle. Pulled the big vac hose off the decel valve and plugged it,Idles normally! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) Plug the hose back in,and the car acts like it always has.Idling say 900-1000. Was the valve sticking?or?I did a bit of searching, and It seems that if it packs it in,I could live without it. What do you guys think happened there? Thanks fellas!
