Can I replace the power windows with manual windows?

did the 99 have a manual window option?
Using google all I get back is window regulator for sale (300 bucks or more)

Any ideas?

I don't suppose you'd like to tell us what kind of "cabrio" you're talking about? Lotsa European companies make a model called a "cabrio".

If it's a VW, I think you're SOL. The VW manual doesn't even deal with the "Cabrio" much past the driveline.

There is a vin split in 99 on the Cabrio but both use the same regulator. Yes there is a manual and electric option for this car. Canadian Cabrio cars back to 94 used the same manual regulator. US production started in 96 on the Cabrio. That should give you a few cars to choose from....
