Got the vacuum lines hooked up and electric hooked up. put a gallon of gas in. Just so the pump would have something to do. Turned the key and it rolled over. Head lights went up & down & lit!! fuel pump rolled. Generator light lit. No oil idiot light. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) still no horn, didn't try turn signals but all these didn't work before.

Tomorrow is going to half to be a 1/2 work day because there is no way I can concentrate now. Get gas and fire that mutha up. Probably should check all that shit one more time. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif)

Oh and my altenator in the 928 is fixed so I don't have to pedal to work. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap56.gif)

bump....... never seen that light and still don't have a owners manual. Crap now I did such a good job of fixing wires I now have more than I wanted.

Oh wait I know why. Remember I fixed the two wires at the master cylinder? Guess I need to hook up the other one. I don't have an emergency brake, the wire may now be active. So how do you wire up a 2X4 under the front wheel (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool_shades.gif)

Joe,
Whenever you get ready for a road trip, come on up to Jackson, or maybe I could meet you in Hattiesburg.
Is there a H (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) ters there?

Hey sounds like deal. "Hooters" are like 7-eleven getting to be one around every corner. Where else can you buy expensive chicken wings and only look at chicks in tight leotard stockings. Ever think about what happens when there is a blow out on one of them? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I perfer the mom & pop restraunts that feel " a platter isn't enough unless the food is falling off the sides. Besides they always appreicate your business.

Just my .914 cents worth. But yes we should get together. I'll drive anywhere to see another 914. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif)

Actually, I haven't even been to a Hooters. My wife strongly discourages it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

Home cookin is the best.

Are there any other Mississippi 914's lurking on the board?

Here a few pics of my ride over the years.
