I bought a 1.7 previously carbed car and got it running. When a geo metro gets angry and speeds past you from a stoplight, you start thinking. My question is...

Should I get dual 40's or get a used 1.7 fuel injection system? I don't plan on having the car for too long, so I'd like to take the cheaper route. From everything I've read on here, people seem to praise the stock FI system (not sure why). I'm just looking for enough power to enter the highway. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif)

Thanks!

get used to the FI and learn all about momentum driving.
properly setup, a 1.7 can be at 70mph coming out of the ramp....you can push these cars alot harder than a Geo metro through the sweeping entrance ramps.
