Have any factory six's come with ignitions on steering column?
Was this the case on any '71s?

in that order.
(I suppose it's possible a MY '72 could have a '71 build date, but that doesn't make it a '71...)

There are at least two of them here at "914 world headquarters" that have steering column ignition switches.

As far as i know, no '71 /6 had the key on the steering column. They did switch to a /4 column in '72 ...

Ouch!

BTW my '71 (original) six has the key on the left side dash panel as God intended it. Only '72's had it on the column.
