I was at a flea market last Sun. I found this 1:13 Model for cheap , so I bought it when I got home Iturned it upside down and found this " Porsche 911 Turbo " this is unlike any other 911 i have ever seen. Nose is longer ,thought at first it was a 928, but the back looks kind of like a 944. and whats with that spoiler. What is it ????? What yr. ???? says it was made by A.N.S.O. My eyes are so bad thats all I can read. Thanks Dave (IMG:style_emoticons/default/slap.gif) Attached thumbnail(s) |

Couldn't tell if that's just a reflection or if there really is an air inlet in the rear fender. If the latter, it would be (an attempt at) a Turbo S, which was sold in pretty limited numbers and had a bit more power than the "plain" 993TT.

I have loved the 993 body since I first saw one. Bought a new '97 coupe for the wife in 12/96 and she loved it for 7 years until I sold it. She still talks about that car today. One of Porsche's sweetest bodies.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) That's my favorite 911, the type 993.
