This car is mostly rust free, but the fiberglass kit needs a lot of work. It would be a a fun and unique looking car when done though. $500 gets the rolling chassis (on steelies, not the Center Lines shown- but those are $400), a 1.7L case w/ big bore kit minus crank & FI, and transmission core.
