Just got my '73 registered at the Delaware DMV (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif)

Question for everyone: my idle emissions test made me think that I'm not operating at peak performance (left some HC ppm and CO% "on the table").

When I'm idling at <1000 rpm, should I be trying to get the maximum 6% CO allowed?

Don't ask, don't tell!

Those numbers do seem pretty low however. If the car is running well, drive and enjoy it.

you are good for 2 years.

prior to taking your car in next time - take it to scotti muffler in dover - he has a emissions test machine and can help you with emissions.

they just tweaked my carbed V8 914 - did miracles : ))

sussex has almost the exact same maximums - i thought new castle had much lower maximums - good to know.
