For those that don't have the address....DAVE (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif)

106 H Roxbury industrial park
Charles City Va 23030

Address is not coming up in Google Maps. Found Peninsula Fire Protection at 606-I Roxbury Industrial Park, is that the neighborhood?

Hope this makes things simple. I do logistics for a living so I'm pretty anal about directions... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Zoomed-in map for clarity...

You want to slow down before crossing the train tracks. There is quite a teener launching bump.

That has actually been fixed now. they made a LONG entrance/exit ramp on either side so you can hit it at full speed (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Word to the wise. once you get off of 64 WATCH YOUR SPEED !!! the cops around here are dic......strict

QUOTE(scotty b @ Aug 12 2011, 08:30 PM) *

The weekend of Oct 1-2 I will be hosting a get together of both Porsche and non- Porcshe cars at my shop.

Shoot! I've been off-line for too long...just over an hour away, and I've been wanting to come down and check out your shop...guy I bought my project car from had recommended you.

Unfortunately my weekend is full now...#1 son has Lacrosse on Sat, and I have my last triathlon of the season on Sunday...then I can go back to using my time working on my project instead of swimming, biking and running every weekend (why I haven't been online much here...too depressing to see others progress while my cars sit).

I hope to make it another time...

Thanks, gentlemen (and ladies).

Enjoyed meeting y'all. Made it home with no trouble and my son managed to fall asleep along the way, despite the "NVH"...

Fitsbain, I think I have your felt-tip pen. My bad.

Good showing today!
SUNAB914, plas76targa, Babydoll and I all brought our 914's. Plus numerous others in attendance (scotty b, Dr. Evil, mepstein, ws91420, zymurgist, jimkelly, BAJAXJ92, and I'm sure I'm missing some)

that was a nice get together.

i enjoyed everyone's company - and - i am sure they enjoyed mine.

but the cherry on the cake - was the buffet scott's parents ( thought they would never admit THAT in public ) had prepared for us : )) delicious.

we have two RAT ROD hot rod show up - a 53? 2 door chevy and a 32? raked coupe.

we had some kids there, a dog, and it seems scott did something to deserve get a swift kick in the nut sack by a child in steel toed boots - THAT - got the party started. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/hissyfit.gif)

when i left, foursome of party goers had sneaked off to the paint booth - i peeked in but could not tell exactly what those 4 dudes where doing in there - wink wink.

anyway - my elephant bushings showed up - some any with experience installing them - PLS CHIME IN NOW - and my calipers ( the last parts we are waiting are are in route ) - go stop go stop go stop : ))

>>> http://www.elephantracing.com/documents/91...trailingarm.pdf <<<

right now doc or scott are probably sliding a stack in. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

I'm thinking it was a personal hygiene thing. Every time anyone went to the bathroom Scotty was all like "hey man, you got enough paper there?" He really was a great host and boy did we surprise him when we arrived.
