It is a well known fact that the members of this BBS are the most knowledgeable people in the universe regarding these little cars. Wouldn't it be great if you could use some of that knowledge to help your fellow man? Well now you can. The MWC organizers are seeking people to assist in the judging of the concours catagories of this event. Be a part of history.
Can you tell the factory cheesehead screws from cheapo imitations? Do you know what color the braided hose from the charcoal canister to the fan housing should be? If so, you're WAY OVERQUALIFIED, but if you're able to follow a scoresheet and do simple math (stuff like 5 + 10 = 15 or so) please consider helping out in this matter. Go here. Thanks. I'll help as a last resort. I'm a car guy not a 914 specialist. Check my 914 quiz results from the WCC. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Hey Guys, I may not be able to attend. I hear Tom Potter (out of Ohio) on the other Bird site is madd as HELL. He thinks I egged his 914. He will be comming to the meet looking for me.
Good thing Dr. Andy Perez will be there, he's in charge of Blue Cross Blue Shield cases & Dr. Dick Zarbo (Hawk) is in charge of the mortuary at St. John's Hospital. Looks like I am covered both ways. Sure hope Dr. Perez is my choice, (Perez & Zarbo have orig. 6's.)

Tom Potter. I didn't do it. I was in my wooden "Old Town" canoe fishing the day your 914 was egged.

Tom

Hmmmmmm, guess I'll have to polish the old Crystal Ball to judge from here.

The color is black!

Factory screws rust in, cheapies break off.

5+10+3=23

What do I win?
