Wish I could help.
But I don't seem to understand what you are asking. |

The clutch friction plate I have is labeled "VEELOC" Gold Non asbestos. Has anyone one ever heard of this. Is it a stock piece or performance. Has brass or gold colored wire fibers embedded in it.

Don't know if this helps, but I had a stock 4 spring Sachs disc laying around. It had the fibers embedded also.
Does yours have four or six springs? I think the 6 spring units are the "high performance" ones. |

Na, 4 spring . Don't know if it makes clutches any better with 6 springs just more expensive. I have a 6 spring in my 2.0L motor and it is not any better than the 4 spring in the 1.7L which IS a Sachs high performance.
The disk in question does have a remanufacture sticker on the center section. I guess that is the company that did the work. Nothing pops from Google search. Thanks anyway just a normal piece. |
