I don't think you can attach a file local to your computer to send someone (at least I've never figured out how to). You CAN point to an image that's already on the web somewhere. Click on the picture icon (with what looks like a tree), and paste the image URL (web address) into that. The picture will display embedded in your PM.

Pictures in PMs? Nope. Just use your regular email account where you can load all the attachments you might want.

As Rob says, pictures are no problem in PMs...as long as the picture is already on the internet...like in your on line photo album. 914 world hosted pictures can't be done with PMs.

Just click on the tree icon and insert the link to your picture.

Well, that's not entirely true, you can upload an image to a post here and then link to that in a PM just fine.
