I thought I took a photo of the parts as I took them apart, but I guess I didn't. Anybody know the sequence?

Big siver ring first, then the three pointed piece. Bolt to the butterfly with the bolts, the rubber bit presses into the middle of the three pointed part small side first. The only orientation thing I am not sure about is the orientation of the initial silver ring.
