Yes. For about $12 new, it's hard to go wrong. It has some good information.

yes, and any other referance material you can find...sometimes reading the manual is better/faster than asking here (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

i think it should be mandatory that once a person gets a 914, that they have to have a manual and and least thumb thru it and look at every page....

I keep my Haynes on top of my tool chest in the garage. I refer to it often. The margins are filled with notes that I've added in an attempt to translate some of the English into English.

I have a set of factory manuals. I use the Haynes manual more often. Has most of what you need and easier to access. Most of the illustrations are straight from the factory books. Should be in the trunk of every 914.
