There is a new board for V8 conversions in Porsches that just started. It covers all the models. I think it could be a good thing. Has anyone else seen it yet?

Do we need another one? There's already the Bird, the Yahoo board, and the P-C RH board . Frankly, I prefer a forum like this one, where we first of all, all get along, and there's a wealth of knowlege, resources, and project advice that crosses over most of the time. FWIW.

I'll stay here, and possibly post some q's over there as a cross post. Ifin deedy alot of v8 guys go over there, and not over here.. I'll post my v8 q's over there.

I think it might either take over Porschevy email list or be dominated by it... but I dont think they'll run parallel..

I wouldn't sign up for it. But, that's just me.

He is using an old, old, old version of phpBB to run the board. That code has so many security holes, it's laughable.

My recommendation, if you've already signed up change any information about yourself that you would not like readily accessable to the public. That includes your email address. If you don't, prepare yourself for the SPAM. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/spam.gif)

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) I've got enough forums to visit track,
but 911, 944, 928 converters rarely visit 914club so this site could be better for all Porsche conversions

The Renegade bbs is very active but limited without pics...
