Erinie DeVries and his son stopped in today and I took a pic of the new 914 that Ernie is driving back to Az from Wa. Showed them around , the Porsch eroom and various othe ritems.
He also picked up a CAMP 914 lite kit , shox kit pieces and a shfit knob. They are back on the road heading fro Livermore Calif. Safe driving. CCLINCAMP914 Attached image(s) |

OK, so I will assume they will be pulling in to Livermore between 11:00 and 12:30 tonight depending on how fast they are going! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/MDB2.gif) Is that what they are thinking?? I haven't heard anything from them yet.

My guess is rain!
I was going to pull my 2.0L out for its first drive over 10 miles in 4 years (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap56.gif) but I don't have all of the seals and roof on it yet! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) Maybe the next one! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) Jeff |

My chassis was towed to Tony's for the cage today under pretty dreary skies. I bet the rain clouds saw that bare metal and started tracking it north.
The good news would be that it's so light you could hang it on a clothes line to dry (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) |

Unfortunately I can't make it. It's my B-day. Is it possible to get a desent 914 with a running engine, shitty interior and exterior under a grand? Very little rust of course.

Not in this area. You can find them.. but the chassis wont be decent.
Be very careful. Cheap is not good with the 914's. B |

They never showed up or called here! I hope they are not stuck somewhere. They probably did an all nighter and are just about to pull into AZ.

They never called before they showed up here at my home, so they may be on the way and "SUPRISE".
I don't think they would make it further than Sacramento then sleep. Keep the list posted. CCLINDAMPCAMP914 |
