Hi guys, so I'm balls deep in my windshield replacement (old one got a crack). I have the old trim and windshield out..but now I've realized that I need pinchweld primer to help the butyl tape stick to the metal window frame...does anyone in the socal/San Diego area know where I can get this? All the shops I've called so far don't have it or haven't heard of it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) This normally wouldn't be a rush but the car is my daily driver and I need it back up by Thursday for a trip up to Monterrey. If anyone has some laying around or knows a good supplier that would be great! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif) |

You might try calling L & R Glass. They have extensive 914 windshield install and well known for R/R windshield for restorations.
Try asking for Rufino--the main 14 guy. He'll know or recommend an alternative Their number is 714-292-5811 |
