Seems like the main engine case bolts and nuts are heavily glued to the case.

A good indicator of whether it's been opened is if it's got all the nuts with the red seals on the other side. Like this sort of

Pretty standard to use some sealant there. I wouldn't take it as conclusive evidence of never having been opened, but yes, the factory did use sealant there.
