I am looking for the exact specs on my particular year and engine size. All I can find is 2.0 stuff or specs on 914s in general (oxymoron). I'm looking for things like skidpad numbers, slalom times, braking, acceleration, curb weight etc. for my 1974 1.8L with L-jet and signal orange paint (I know it would be faster if it was yellow).

your best bet is to find an old copy of Road and Track or Car and Driver from back in the day....even then, I doubt they tested the 1.8 if the 2.0 was available at the same time....
I know these numbers for 2.0 cars have been scanned and posted multiple times, there are somewhere here on the BBS and who knows, they might have the 1.8 info on them. |
