Is this just a push rod tube seal gone bad? I need to take the cylinder head off to fix this right? Do I need any special tools to put it back together? I have a Haynes manual but to be honest I guess I'm just looking for assurance that I'm not about to turn my car into a permanent lawn ornament. Or perhaps some advice that would help prevent the same. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)
