I expect most will already have this in mind, but I just wanted to remind folks how convenient it will be during troubleshooting. After installation, pull one of the fuses and see what no longer has power. Write it down. Pull another one and see what doesn't have power, and write that down. Only had to do this twice on mine as I made sure the large wires were on the outside and smaller ones on the inside.
Large wires go to key switch, and fuses 10,11,12. Smaller ones go to 14 pin connector at pins 12 and 14. Mine are, from front to rear, Fuses 10,11,12 , pin 14, pin 12, key switch. Made some copies of that and put it in my Haynes manual. I have lots of things written in my Haynes manual and it will go with the car for the next owner to use. Tom |
