is there an adjustment i can make to decrease end play in my rack ? is the only solution to rebuild ?
does any one know of a source for rebuilt racks ? thanks jt |

They are pretty simple - the only adjustment is a spring loaded (if I am remembering the right car (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) ) preload for the rack which is right in the center.
There was some discussion on Pelican's 911 board of a guy breaking 3 rebuilt racks - the bushing would fall out of the end. He got a good used 914 rack and has been living happily ever after (so far). |
