Sorry to put this question here but I went to my controls and I can't find a way to turn off email notofications each time a new topic is posted. I came home this weekend to about 70 of them.

HELP please.

Look under "My Controls"..."Email settings"....unclick the box marked "Email Notification" and you should be ok

PS. the email settings is on the left side near the bottom....
