Let me see what I've got in my stash. Those are late model single pipe - I do have a couple and will check the condition of the clamshells. Mine aren't stainless that I am aware of - are you sure those are?

Plain old stock factory HEs. You've been, shall we say, misled ............................ Might wanna have Guido speak with the seller. One of the prime features of SS heat ecchangers is the SS heat shrouding over the exhaust pipes themselves, and this ain't it. Good luck, The Cap'n

Where in Canada did you purchase those? Perhaps someone here knows the seller.

Silly Q: but why screw around with the Late OE F'ed up ex-plumbing ? Why not simply chuck it in lue of a nice set of 73-74 2.0 exchangers (stock or SS) and the obligitory bursch or bannana?

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) California - '75 is supposed to be "exempt" now, but '76 is not.

WOW (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) . i don't think i would be able to contain myself if i opened the box and saw those. i bet shipping wasn't cheap nor the wait to recieve them short. that is the worst. i think the seller knew EXACTLY what he was unloading. did you ask for pictures before you purchased?

I did get a few pics before I bought them and even sent them to another member for verification. They looked alot better in the sellers pics. than in real life. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ar15.gif)
