I actually did get rained on while driving home much later that day. (About 5:30.) There was a nice rainbow over 101 south, but the pics of it did not turn out. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Oh, and B--I know what the shocks are and why they're built upside-down. But I still think it's one of the more interesting bits of the car that we got to see that time.

I can't believe Jamie still has that 911! I'd bought it as a whole roller in a heartbeat if it weren't in OR. Now you tell me he had it in NorCal. I wanted that car from the very beginning when he didn't know what he was gonna do with it. But now, well, it's all f'd up. The 911 gods don't like me. That car would have sold for $4000 no engine or trans in five minutes in SoCal. Of course, I would have given only three. LOL. Maybe that's why I don't have one. I still can't believe he still has that car. Pisses me off! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

Dave thanks for the heads up on the Revell model. If it is not sold, whomever was selling let me know what you want for it and or if you have any others. Thanks.
Looks like I will have to make it down next year. Had to pass this year, stayed here to sign papers, closing on a house in Calif.
One thing that I always thought would be neat is a photo of the for sale signs in the cars, those of us not there can see what was for sale and how much.
I did that on a pic from Pomona on the PP site once, called the seller next day and said it was sold to someone who looked at it from the meet. Oh well.

Send 'em my way too would you Dave? Some great shots of areas you don't often get to see often (at least not that well).

OK, I believe Watts really has a 914 now. I was thinking it was a myth for the longest time now.

Great pics as usual Dave. Thanks for posting them.

I think you can still call mine a 914. URY on the other hand is much farther into the gray area.

Yeah, it's monday and I'm feeling out of sorts. Back to the topic at hand... look how easy it is to repair 914 jack posts when you have no rear quarter panels.
