fully self contained very good when towing a boat. New wood floors 4 new jacks just cost me $400 for thoes , mossy oak camo cussions sleeps 4 very well a/c, heater ,shower, toilet, hot water heater, stove ,oven, sink" no water damage" every thing works. Really good camper for long bed/ full size truck only trade for boat or just cash price $500 firm trade for ?commuter bug ,civic hatch, porsche 914 or nice boat (925)518-6641 CAMPER IS LOCATED IN REDDING HAS TO BE VIEWED THERE NO WAY OF TRANSPORTING JUST LOST TRANNY IN TRUCK thank you
