FWIW, this is from our "statistics"

New subscribers per month

Jan - 107
Feb - 95
March - 119
April - 119
May - 110
June - 133
July - 136

average jan through july = 117 new subscribtions per month

August - 101 (untill the 14th)

Lets wait and see what happens when Excellence hits the bookstores (the 17th IIRC)

cheers,

Jeroen

actually, the october issue of excellence in at barnes and noble, RIGHT NOW!

i was going to buy it, but the canadian director of my school might bring his copy down for me. i'm hoping so.

BTW, the 914world.com ad is easily one of the best appearing ads in the magazine, and the article looks awesome as well. Jeroen, you write very well. it is difficult to believe that English is not your first language. you are a credit to either yourself or the Dutch education system! nicely done. oddly, the B&N near us (silverdale, wa) had it stuck in the back row yesterday when i was there. the old issues were closer to the front. i didn't understand why, but then i got distracted by looking at the magazine (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

It's very common for the ratio of list members to posters to be very large on most Internet lists (newsgroups, mailing lists, forums, etc). 100:1 is not uncommon for even modestly sized lists, and ratios over 1000:1 are common for big lists. Most people seem to be intimidated or just feel they don't have anything to say.

Well, we fix our teeners
We keep 'em cleaner
And we're loved everywhere we go..... (that sounds like us)
We wax and polish and we shoot the corkscrew
At the West Coast Classic show..... (right)
We drive all the twisties that give us all kind of thrills
But the thrill we've never known
Is the thrill that'll gitcha when you get your picture
On the cover of the Excellence

(Excellence.....) Wanna see my picture on the cover
(Excellence.....)Wanna buy five copies for my mother..... (yes)
(Excellence.....)Wanna see my shiney car
On the cover of the Excellence.... (that's a very very good idea)
