I got a Medium Garage from Harbor Freight. You can get them on sale for $159 if you watch. They go on sale ~ every other month.

I got one at Costco for $160. It's really nice. 10x20 includes sides, front & back. It took me about an hour to put it up all by myself. Well, I did get interupted by my neighbor wondering what the heck I was doing. It's awesome. I only have a 1 car garage, so this is nice for keeping the car out of the elements and for working when it's really hot. It makes great shade with the top and sides off the breeze still comes through.
I can take pics if you want. It's one of the best $160 I've spent. |

Thanks for the inputs!
My concern is the UV and durability vs price. They have a less expensive $160 canopy at OSH but the side panel kit is another $70. I think it has smaller diameter frame tubes and 3 legs instead of 4 on each side. A friend who has a Coverit in high elevation Colorado says it has held up to the UV for the past 7 years and they are two feet wider. The utility tarps I've bought always deteriorate after a couple of years. If the OSH tarps need replacing every couple of years then the Coverit may be a better deal. Do the canopy tarps have better UV protection? BTW, I want one to store the junk in my 1 car garage so I can reclaim it for my car (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) . Felix |
