What's the best thing to use when assembling the clutch? Areas such as the tube, plastic guides, etc.

I have some blue Mobil 1 synthetic grease. Is that OK or should I get some Moly type grease?

The Mobil1 is fine, but you should only put *some* on the guide tube for the throwout bearing. The plastic bushing's dont need anything. Grease attracts dirt... dirt wears the guides VERY fast. I dont recall anywhere in the factory manuels where it says: GREASE the bushings.
