With some help of other members here I have discovered that most likely my ECU ("brain") may be dead. I reached this conclusion after unplugging the ECU from the relay board and grounding pin III. Turned the key on and the pump worked. Before I spend a bunch of money on a new (rebuilt) one I would like to make sure that mine is really dead.

I contacted a place called NPC Automotive Computers and they charge $75.00 to test it which they will put toward the purchase of one they have if it is bad.

Has anybody dealt with this company?

Not sure what to do, Pelican parts has one for $175 rebuilt, NPC wants $475 for a rebuilt with a year warranty.
