QUOTE(Cairo94507 @ Jul 6 2026, 01:42 PM) *

We just did center caps on my brother's Turbo S coupe which has center lock wheels. The stock cap is chrome with the color Porsche crest. He did not like the chrome so he bought a set of GT3 center caps which come satin black with the color Porsche Crest - look great on the car.

That got me to thinking about my deep six Fuchs with the stock anodized wheel caps... so I did the background of the crest in satin black. I like it; it is a subtle, non-flashy way to give the wheel a tiny bit of pop.

What do you guys think? Oh, I have the original center caps wrapped and boxed. This was a spare set I had Harvey Weidman (Weidman's Wheels) do for me when he did my wheels. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

I think it looks good both ways, Michael, but sometimes it's nice to change things up!
