I installed a new 915 clutch on my 3.2 motor, but now I can't get the 916 trans to bolt up to it. Its a new install. It used to have a KEP clutch adapter kit with the 901 gear box. Here is a link to my new thread.
http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showtopic=198746
After I get the motor and trans together I will move onto the body work and hell hole repair.

I installed Italian clear lenses in the front and the rear. I also installed LED lights in the front and rear. Here is a picture of the rear lenses.
Here is a video of the rear lights activated:

I yanked the roof off, set the iPod to stun, and took a drive up to Bonny Doon, back down to Highway 1 and home. Who would have thought that a road named Ice Cream Grade would be so much fun…

Byron, is that you? This is Tommy Williams. Do you remember me? I was Phil's friend. He helped me work on my two 914s. Chief did some work on my red one. We met once at Phil's and Chief's. I'm in Jacksonville. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) the snot out of my 70 on Thanksgiving and then put it way for a long winters nap. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Took my Blue 73 out yesterday for a few more hours of (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif) and today I took the yellow 73 for a few laps around the neighborhood (needs a little brake work yet and ahead temp sensor).

Took the rear brake pads off the black car, so I can roll it easier, need to push it down and put it in the shop.

Fixed the radio electrical in the white car, put some foam tape on the rear targa seal to stop the squeaking, now I need to order a new seal. Cleaned the car up for my drive to Sonoma tomorrow. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif)

OK, twist my arm! I love Ravenna Green, but mine's actually Saturn Yellow. It never photographs the same way twice.

I really like the way the exhaust turned out...single tip in the stock location, and a cheater "dump" pipe that's hidden behind the valance. The "2.0" badge stays!

Where did you find that tailpipe extension?

I detailed mine. Sprayed and polished the interior, poliished and waxed the exterior, sprayed and shined exterior rubber trim and bumpers and then just sat inside it for a while to admire it. It's just sitting pretty now, waiting for a new owner to buy her as she's up for sale:

I took mine out of the garage, listened to a low battery try to start it, charged battery, put up Christmas lights, cleaned garage some, and put the SIX away. No RAIN Seattle is fun, huh?

As far as the door handles go, I was pleased to be able to convert one of my spare PS handles into a DS one. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sawzall-smiley.gif)

Well I'm finally at the point where I can begin some of the engine pretests (next weekend). Just waiting on a cap & T to close off the PSP and I'll be ready to turn it over.

Installed a flux capacitor into my 914 so I can go back to the future. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/w00t.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif) They say being in a 914 is like being in a time capsule. Well mine's an actual a time machine. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/popcorn[1].gif) Haha! Just another Monday... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif)
