Eric, did you have the whole body blasted? What's it cost to have it done?

Installed some 'blingie' thingies on the 'BB' ... new and improved air filter bases and covers (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Drove it! First time in a couple of weeks. Up to the San Bernardino National Forest on a rainy day. Did you guys know that 914s sometimes leak? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Everything except the door skins Mark. They're coming off as everything on this car will be that glass you saw last Sunday.

About $700 clams.

Went over to the Central Valley to get a picture of the longs on the Creamcicle. The rockers had never been removed from the car....until today. I was nervous what might be hiding in there as the hell hole is rusty. The longs were in better shape than I expected although there was about a gallon of dirt up in there.

Today was a great 914 day, went down to GA to help my brother sort out some electrical issues, adjusted dwell, and timing.

Got the motor into position in my SHO project. Even topped it off with the intake - though I do have slight interference to fix.

Oil pan won't be scraping bottom though & that's good!

Gave up on trying to fix the hell hole myself and called Milt aka Zeke.
Took two Saturdays to fix, but my hell hole is finally done. I'm glad Milt makes house calls. He was a pleasure to work with and I learned allot by watching him work. I highly recommend him.

Not a damn thing.
Had to drive through the massive herd of retards at 7:30 in the morning without
my routine coffee and go through blood letting at my doctor.
They wanted my blood and money !
Then, I had to drive back through it the other way.
Not a way to wake up.
I've been a grumpy old man ALL DAY.

Drove it to work. And after work I had to prove to my coworkers that you in-fact can do doughnuts in a 914. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/w00t.gif)
