Shift light:
(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/i366.photobucket.com-10819-1419211581.1.jpg) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/i366.photobucket.com-10819-1419211581.2.jpg) I thought the look of the stock tach in the racecar is the best, but I wanted a shift light without the big flashlight looking thing bolted to the dash. I had a spare tach with the internal gasket falling out so I had to take it apart anyway. This is about half intensity. I can turn it up to blinding if I want. The LEDs are bright blue and 3 watts each. |

I swapped the 6 from the loud muffler To the quiet muffler + valance Much more comfortable at cruising and idle. Also seems to trade a little top end for some low end grunt. It also seems like the carbs like the more restrictive muffler at idle. Those tires are WIDE! Is your car narrow bodied? What wheels and tire sizes are those? |

Actually not sure. Two owners before me was an older gentlemen who was active in PCA racing. I hear he built all his own cars and engines, so it was probably a garage project.
I like that they don't take away too much from the narrow body look. Thanks for your compliments. |

I did hook up a wire to my butterfly on my steering wheel. Put it all back together and it actually worked! Scared the ____ out of me.
I'm ready for Christmas to be over so I can screw around with the car over the holidays……I just walk by it, look at it longingly, then do what I'm told. |

Removed the engine/trans to prep the tranny for a truck ride to Dr Evil. Now the to do list begins for all the stuff I can do while the engine is out.

Drove mine to work [again]. About 100 miles on him now since re-assembly and nothing has fallen off yet.
