Still trying to see if I can get my ebay purchase to run before I pull the engine.
Worked through some other issues with the help of members here, but here is what is happening now. Before I forget '71 1.7 D-Jet. Engine will start and idle but the idle is pretty rough. I can throttle up and get into the higher RPMs and it will idle without dieing (barely). Cylinders 3 & 4 and the intakes are pretty warm after running for a couple of minutes Cylinders 1 & 2 and those intakes show no heat at all. Help! |
