One of only 4,200 built, the last year of the 914. I've owned this car for about 17 yrs.
This is a California car. Nepal orange with tan interior. I've put a lot of money into this car over the years.

Best Offer with minimum bid of $4,300

This is a stock car, in straight condition. The engine was rebuilt a few years ago, and the heads were sent off and
rebuilt by Fat Performance - well known as a quality shop. The car runs cool, even under full load conditions, and has plenty of power.
However, the car has a mechanical issue in the bottom end which will require dropping the engine and splitting the
case - likely a loose cam gear. I simply do not have time to deal with this car at this point. I've had a firm quote of 2,300 to do this work
from a local highly reputable Porsche shop. Hence, I think the car, as it sits is worth between $6.5k and $8k... were it not to have this issue.

The car has bilstein shocks and 110lb springs in back. No issue with rust in the engine compartment,
no rust issue in battery tray. The body pan is solid with no rust, esp. none around jacking points.
Only one rust spot that's existed since I've owned the car, which is on the rt. front fender.
