what Porsche needs to do is come up with an "original" design....quit trying to make every damn new model look like a 911 in one fashion or another............

I'd like a 4 door porsche. But Mueller is right, the need to just cut loose on the styling, and go for something way different.

They should make something that a 4 door midengined ride. I think it would be very tough, but if its easy let Audi, or VW do it.

Porsche needs to make a car that "young people can afford". I think they are getting so far out there that they are losing their fan base. I don't see why they can't go after the Audi TT/BMW Z3/Nissan 300Z market. And yes, I agree, they can't make everything look like a 911. These designs are getting less and less appealing. Perhaps one day, they will decide to build a "new" road car in the spirit of the 356 or early 911. When Porsches were Porsches.

I thought that was the intent for the Boxster (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

It definitely was the intent for the 914 back in the day (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap56.gif)

Yeah I agree it is a little "cab-forewardy" looking up front.

Thats a bunch of photoshop.

The real problem is that all the manufacturers are hitting the wind tunnel.. and coming out with things that all look exactly the same. The one's that are different are the one's that get recognised....

Rinspeed's got a tough look for the Cayenne but it isn't affordable for the young and wannabe hipsters.
